ERASMUS+ Пројекат мобилности настаног особља 2023-1-RS01-KA131-HED-000120682
On April 7, 2025, we arrived in the city of Kayseri, located in Central Anatolia, Turkey. At an altitude of over 1,000 meters above sea level, we were greeted by a stunning view of Mount Erciyes, an inactive volcano near Kayseri, which remains covered in snow and ice throughout the year. In contrast to this breathtaking mountain landscape, the university is situated within a beautiful natural environment, adorned with lush greenery and coniferous trees. It is from this mountain that the university in Kayseri derives its name, symbolizing a magnificent blend of nature and science.
During our visit, our host, Dr. Ahmet Agirman, introduced us to the Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics. We also had the opportunity to explore various other faculties and research institutes. Following the tour, the dean of the faculty, Professor Dr. Nafiz Kahraman, hosted a festive lunch in the national garden of Recep Tayyip Erdogan. During this occasion, the dean expressed his enthusiasm for finding new ideas for collaboration within the ERASMUS+ program, KA 131.
Additionally, our colleague, Mr. Strahinja Ognjanović, presented lectures from Module 11 on the topic of “Aircraft Hydraulic Systems.” We extend our heartfelt thanks to our hosts for their warm welcome and hospitality, and we look forward to future meetings filled with innovative ideas.
